What this series is for
TierGrade exists to give honest, explained opinions about the tools businesses actually have to choose between. Every placement is argued, not asserted, which is why the series doubles as a demonstration of how the studio evaluates technology for clients.
The format
In each episode, David and Daniel rank 8 to 15 technology products, services, tools, or platforms on the fixed 32-tier scale. Same scale every time, so grades are comparable across the entire series.

From S at the top, through the letter grades, past F² and X², through the "no" tiers, and down to "Enough."
SA+AA-B+BB-C+CC-D+DD-E+EE-F+FF-F²+F²F²-X+XX-X²+X²X²-no+nono-Enough.
